This Privacy Policy applies to the Fund Keeper Offline app (“Application”), created by Muhsin Kamal (“Service Provider”) as a free service.

1) Data Stored on Your Device (Offline Only)

The Application is designed to work offline. All records you create in the Application are stored locally on your mobile device (in the app’s local database).

The Application may store the information you enter, including (but not limited to):

Phone number

Email address

Address

Fund records, transactions, members, campaigns/goals, and other related entries

✅ Important: The Service Provider does not collect, upload, transmit, or store your data on any server. Your data remains on your device unless you manually share it yourself (for example, by taking screenshots or exporting data if you add such features).

2) Data Collection / Sharing

The Service Provider does not collect personal information from users.

The Application does not share your data with any third parties.

The Application does not sell your data.

3) Internet Connection

Most features of the Application work without an internet connection.

An internet connection may be required only for:

Downloading the app from Google Play

Receiving app updates

Using Google Play Services (if available on your device)

4) Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies/Terms. For example:

5) Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for keeping your device secure. The Service Provider strongly recommends not rooting/jailbreaking your device, as it may reduce security and cause the Application to malfunction.

The Application is not intended for children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7) Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
